Dental Insurance – Dental insurance is similar to health insurance but, for dental expenses. If you signed up for dental coverage, you can access the beam portal here.

401K (Human Interest) – Match 100% of employee contributions up to 1% of their compensation, then 50% matching contribution of next 5% of employee’s compensation. Auto enrolled at 3% but can be changed. Eligible at 3 months, and vested at 18 months. Log in here.

Voluntary Group Life Insurance – A financial protection plan that provides a cash benefit to a beneficiary upon the death of the insured.

Voluntary Short-Term Disability – A financial protection plan that provides a cash benefit to a beneficiary upon the death of the insured.

Hospital Indemnity – An insurance plan supplements your existing health insurance coverage by helping pay expenses for hospital stays.

Critical Illness Insurance – A supplemental insurance plan that pays benefits to the policyholder if they’re diagnosed with a covered medical condition.
